6-Hour Refund Window

After purchase, refunds are only available within 6 hours of the original payment. Once this window has passed, no refunds will be issued.

Eligible for Refund

  • Request submitted within 6 hours of payment
  • Service has not yet been started or delivered
  • Duplicate payment was made accidentally
  • Service cannot be delivered as described

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Request submitted after the 6-hour window
  • Service has already been partially or fully delivered
  • Change of mind after delivery has begun
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Custom or bespoke orders that have been started

How to Request a Refund

  1. 1Open a support ticket in our Discord server within 6 hours of payment.
  2. 2Provide your order details, payment confirmation, and reason for the refund.
  3. 3Our team will review your request and respond within 1 hour.
  4. 4Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
