By accessing or using VeltrixStudio services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

VeltrixStudio provides digital services including but not limited to Discord server setups, bot development, and website creation. Services are delivered as described on the marketplace page.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You agree not to share your account with others.

4. Payment & Orders

All payments are processed prior to service delivery. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Orders are placed via our Discord server.

5. Intellectual Property

All services, designs, and code created by VeltrixStudio remain property of VeltrixStudio until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered work.

6. Limitation of Liability

VeltrixStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Service Modifications

VeltrixStudio reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
